About Dayspring Health Spa

Established in 1996, Dayspring Health Spa is a world-class, full-service day spa in Wausau, WI. We offer therapeutic massages, infrared sauna sessions, skin treatments, hair removal, nail services, specialty packages, group parties, coaching & leadership training, and more.

Conveniently located within the historic Washington Square, in the center of downtown Wausau's 3rd Street Lifestyle Center. Dayspring Health Spa is in the same building with the beautiful Jefferson Street Inn. Guests have access to fine accommodations, dining, shopping, arts, entertainment and leisurely strolls.
