Your Spa Experience
Your time at DaySpring Health Spa is special, and we want you to feel comfortable with your experience. Most of all, we want to exceed your expectations, caring only for you during your time.
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Located in Downtown Wausau's River District, Guests may park on any city streets, municipal parking ramps, or municipal parking lots; however, Guests should follow posted parking restrictions.
There is generally 2-hour free parking in parking ramps, and fees may vary after the 2-hour limit. Parking is free in the parking ramps on weekends. During the week, parking lots may require a permit or may be metered. City streets are typically not metered but may have time restrictions.
A gratuity for your service provider is appreciated. The gratuity tells your provider that you enjoyed your service and that you feel you received excellent, professional, and quality care. A general guideline is 15 - 25% of the service fee.
At times, it may be necessary for you to cancel your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible so that other Guests may be accommodated and to avoid possible cancellation charges.
Arriving late for your appointment simply limits the time for your service, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your service will end on time so that the next Guest is not delayed. You will be charged the full price for your service.
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 10 - 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. There may be forms to complete, and we want you to have plenty of time to begin relaxing.
Please refrain from the use of cell phones within the Spa, out of respect for other Guests.
Request a specific service provider when scheduling, if you have a preference.
To remain hydrated, drink plenty of water before and after your service.
Try not to eat for at least one hour prior to your service.
Avoid the consumption of alcohol at least 12 hours prior to your service.
Wear comfortable attire and as little jewelry as possible.
Booking for Groups
Because of the time and staff required to serve groups of two or more, DaySpring requests a credit card to secure group reservations at the time of booking.
We respectfully request 48-hour notice regarding changes or cancellations, in order to accommodate other guests and to avoid possible cancellation charges.
